They went out of their way to help me with the problem and contacted me not once, but three or more times to fix the problem. Everything about the fountain is beautiful, there was a problem with the pump and the noise that it made, but with a new pump everything is perfect and highly reccommend this product and any other product that this company sells. They were AAA+ sellers that helped till the problem was solved. Thanks so much for being so nice.

At first I thought it would be too much power but its perfect - the fountains are high quality! Much better then the little 100gph found I had in here before. Its full adjustable. The filter keeps out large debri, the fountain heads are high quality, and it has extra power/ability to run a seperate hose to a small frog that shoots water from its mouth in addition to the fountain itself. Highly recommend! Much cheaper then Lowes/HD products - same thing would run over $100!

Drinkwell Reservoir, 50 Ounce Review

(More customer reviews)My dog (Shi-Tzu) loves this. The main purpose of this review is to warn everyone that the reservoir bottle may get damaged in the dishwasher. I turned on heated drying and the bottle came out in an "interesting shape" and unusable (this might explain why I'm shopping for a new reservoir). I've washed the main unit in the dishwasher several times with no ill effects.

(More customer reviews)For its size and price, this little beastie is quite powerful. I bought it to supply my fishpond's waterfall. It works like a charm. I then bought a larger Infinity pump so I could run the waterfall as well as a couple of jets to circulate the water. The larger pump is just as nice.
Now that the weather is turning towards Winter, I've shut down the waterfall until Spring, and gone back to the 300 gph just to keep the water circulating. Quiet and efficient. The sound of fish gobbling up floating pellet food more than drowns out the low hum of the pump.

Beckett 7107910 Pond Waterfall Pump 600gph Review

Bergan Petite Gourmet 1.5 Gallon Waterer Review

(More customer reviews)The bottle stays quite securely in the base, and the walls of the base are high enough that my dogs generally don't spill the water out of it. Of course the entire unit can be tipped over, but overall it's quite sturdy and stays upright unless pushed over quite hard (e.g., when one of my dogs has a seizure).
What I like best about the unit is it's easy to fill in a regular sink, e.g., a not-deep bathroom sink. It appears the manufacturer sized the water container intentionally for this, as it's pretty nearly a perfect fit in my sink to fill.
It has a wide opening so looks like it will be easy to clean if/when I need to (I haven't yet). The water is controlled in coming out by a separate little cap/hole in the lid. With that open and the container in place on the base, the water trickles out into the water dish portion.
The cap is very secure, but sometimes it's a bit hard to get it aligned so it screws on tightly.
Overall, I'm very happy with these units. I've bought several of them for my rather large dogs.

They either need to change the instructions or make sure the fountain comes with everything in the instructions. But after all was said and done, it was easy to put together and it looks nice. Beckett 7061310 350gph Submersible Pump with 16' Cord Review

(More customer reviews)I purchased to replace my 14 year old 350gph Beckett pump so the brand does last. Two design changes on new pump are not ideal: 1) pump no longer has discharge butterfly flow valve, only an intake partial control slide. It makes it impossible to reduce the flow to meet my fountain's needs - should have bought a smaller pump and 2) suction intake is now out to the side and .5-1.5 inches off bottom of pump versus old style suction that was right in the bottom of the pump - leaves get into suction easier and if water level drops a little the pump starts sucking air.

(More customer reviews)The Lixit faucet dog waterer is a tough, reliable product that works as advertised. You attach the Lixit to an outside hose faucet, and turn on the faucet. The dog licks the control lever on the Lixit, and water momentarily flows down around the lever. The dog quickly gets the idea and repeatedly licks the lever, causing a slow, continuous flow of water, which stops when the dog stops licking.
The only problems I've ever seen with the Lixit are that it does sometimes leak a little (but since it is for outside use, this isn't a big deal), and that if it is attached to a faucet that is in the sun, the metal parts can get pretty hot. Other than that, it just works.

(More customer reviews)I bought this fountain to use for a baby shower. I put pink lemonaide in it, turned it on and it was splashing every where. I was VERY disapointed. Everyone had heard that I bought a fountain and was so excited to see it. I had stick stuff everywhere, my wall the floor and the table cloth was soaked. I tried using the battery power but it didn't pump hard enough to get the punch to the top.

I called Stacks n stacks and a very nice lady call the company that made it. They told her that the first model they made pumped to slow and the model I have was a newer model and people said it pumped to fast. They told her to ask me to try some new batteries and name brand. It did pump better but still splashed.
I thought the distance between the large bowl and the second bowl was to far. It was to high for the punch to drop from. So I used a fine blade hack saw and cut two inches off. I made sure the edges were I cut was clean and filed down. I put it back together and IT WORKED NO MORE SPLASHING.
It still gives enough room for you to fill the cup and no more mess. Again, I tried this on my own. This was NOT recomended from the company. If I would of received it like the way I fixed it, I would of rated it 5 stars.
