(More customer reviews)I'm really not able to tell whether this product is reducing the foul mess the birds make of the heated birdbath during this first winter. I clean out the birdbath every two weeks or so (mentally "holding my nose"), then fill it with fresh water, and add the correct proportion of Pond Logic, refilling the bath as needed.
The birdbath seems just as foul as the weeks go by, until I clean it out again. The heater should be keeping the water in a temperature range where the natural cleaner can do its work, but I'll re-evaulate when the warmer weather comes.
If this brand continues to perform poorly, I'll be checking out other brands down at my local bird shop.
