(More customer reviews)I bought this fountain in early summer 2008. I used it maybe 8 times. By the end of the summer the plastic hose inside the cherub structure (leading from the pump to the fountain opening) was plugged with algae. Even though the pump still works, the water won't come out because the plastic hose is plugged and THERE IS NO WAY TO GET TO IT!!! I tried everything I could think of including filling the plugged hose with vinegar and leaving it for several hours. Nothing works. Any fountain needs maintenance cleaning but there is no way to clean this one where it's most needed so my advice is not to purchase this fountain.
