(More customer reviews)Perhaps I should have read the product description more carefully, so I will take part of the blame for my disappointment with this fountain. I discovered that it was much smaller than I expected. It was easy to set up, right out of the box, but while it worked as promised, it was totally silent, creating no water sounds at all. The light was distracting at night in my bedroom, so I had to unplug it at night; there is no in-line switch, and the box that plugs into the wall is almost as big as the fountain itself (OK, OK...I exaggerate, but not by much). At one point, the water began to splash out onto the table, making a pool I had to mop up. No, I would not recommend this fountain.
