(More customer reviews)I really loved this fountain. It was pretty and silent. Then the glue holding the clear plastic dot on that holds the floating ball came off and then the tubing inside lost its glue and then the motor stopped completely. All of this was of course about 60 days after I had it. :( I'm going to try to replace parts so it works again but for the price, I shouldn't have to fix it.
