(More customer reviews)We were given this as a gift by friends after their two cats refused to drink from it. They think the cats were scared by the noise.
Our cat loves noise - climbing up in the window to see what is happening whenever the construction across the street gets noisy! Our cat is fine with drinking out of this fountain. Probably drinks a little more water than she would otherwise. (She still likes the toilet, as well, though!)
There isn't that much noise - a low hum which gets louder if the water gets too low.
Overall - a fine product and it seems cheaper than comparable cat fountains. Just be warned that your cat may not go for it.
