Being outdated, we were faced with having to purchase an expensive hot/cold water dispenser or go looking for a replacement elsewhere. We decided on this product based on previous Amazon customer reviews and are extremely happy that we decided to purchase this one. Working and living in a foreign country, I was worried whether it would fit. It does and it works great!
