(More customer reviews)This works well to squeeze down the refill tube inside my toilet tank just a little bit at a time by small gradations. It was easy to restrict the tube just a little so the bowl still fills up but not more; cutting out any overflow removes one more source of water waste.
(This item was surprisingly hard to find ...searches for "thingy" don't work very well.)
