(More customer reviews)I purchased this fountain mainly because it is cordless - it works with two AA batteries. The small size was also a deciding factor.
However, I would recommend this product only if you are interested in the decor factor, not in the relaxing/ soothing sound. Just don't expect much water sound from this fountain.
The fountain comes already assembled. You only need to put some batteries in the compartment and fill it with water. Distilled water is recommended by the manufacturer. It has a switch at the back to turn it on and off. Not for use outside. It comes too with a small bag of river pebbles for decoration.
The flameless candle is pretty, and the water makes it flickering just as any real candle. Be aware that everything is made of plastic.
It's lovely as accent piece anywhere: table, shelf, mantle...
