(More customer reviews)I purchased this based on the 2 five star reviews it had. I was really excited to get this, but the lack of details made me hesitate. I ended up getting it after thinking about it for a mnonth, and it arrived today. It is most certainly a table top fountain. The box even says "Lil'Bit Country Fountain". Funny how it doesn't say that or the dimensions in the description (at this time). It only holds 1 gallon of water, I would know because I just filled it up. I had bought this to put on my patio with some goldfish and water plants in it and I definatley can't do that with this little thing. I'm very dissappointed with this purchase.
The pump works, but the actual black water pump just sits on top of the wood, there aren't any holes in the wood to screw it down, so all it would take is a little bump and the black piece would be knocked off, probably causing a huge mess as the submersible pump gets flung around inside since they are connected.
Another thing is that I don't think I can even use this inside as a decorative thing, because water splashes from the fountain stream. Maybe I'll stick it on my front porch on a table, I think that's about all it's good for. Totally NOT worth $35.
