(More customer reviews)I appreciate the quietness of the pump and sound of gently flowing water. It works quite well and is enjoyable for everyone who come into the office.
I also appreciate the service from LampsPlus who replaced the first one that I ordered that didn't work so well. I didn't have to return the old one to the company; the newer one was sent without question. This was demonstration to me of solid business practices and I will be shopping through Amazon and LampsPlus again.
