(More customer reviews)This fountain came very well packed. The 4 washable pieces, including the auger, are all stainless steel, and they assemble pretty easily just putting them over the motor base. We tried it last weekend during my son's weeding party, and it not only worked perfectly but it was a complete success. (Mainly the kids loved it). Nice item at a reasonable price!

(More customer reviews)For the price, it is a great little fountain. We previously had a much larger one, but the problem was it took over 5 pounds of chocolate just to keep it going. This one is so easy to use and takes about 2 pounds.
If you need more it is very easy to quickly add more chocolate. It's a good buy but don't expect it to be large. It does the job for small parties.

I just got it and the first thing that I noticed was how loud it is! I brought it to work for a fun staff day and turned it on and it could be heard throughout the building. I cannot imagine what it would sound like at a party or a wedding reception.
Seems to work well so far but the noise is annoying. I do wish it was a bit warmer too. It heats up in one section and the chocolate is not circulating as well as I would like. The plastic "dippers" are about the size of toothpicks, a little hard to dip without getting it all over.
