He was courteous and didn't hesitate for a second in telling me to keep the item and he put a refund in hand immediately. I would order from this company again.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this as a replacement for the original mister that came with my bowl on stand mister/humidifier. Instead of just guessing on replacing the ceramic disc I decided to get a whole new unit. This one surpasses the original! not only does this one allow you to control the amount of mist produced it even has a true remote where the functions such as lighting sequences, on/off for lighting, the unit itself, mist volume etc. can be done from your sofa instead of having to walk over to it t change it. Works great!
