(More customer reviews)I gave the fountain to my mother for Mothers Day (she sent me an email with the link to it showing exactly which one she wanted,lol) and she absolutely loves it. She had a fountain in her backyard for years,which broke last year,and since then she "hasnt been able to find just the right one" until she came across this one. It came almost fully assembled. I think you just needed to do one small thing and then just add water and start. The material used for the barrel looks just like real wood unless you are pretty close to it, but either way its a very nice looking fountain. Everyone comments on how much they love her new fountain. I would definally order "Little Giant" products again. They seem to have very nice, sturdy, outdoor items. Overall I am quite happy with the purchase.

Outdoor Patio Wood Barrel Water Fountain w/Pump Review

(More customer reviews)I order this item because I fell in love with it when I seen. It was just what I was looking for to put into my flower bed in front of my house. I couldn't wait to get it. Once I received it the nightmare began. The first day it ran great the second the problems began. I have it hooked to a timer so it comes on in the morning and shuts off in the evening well when it comes on in the morning its running good within a couple of hours the barrel is empty and I have to refill it. Once refilled its good to go for another couple hours. Finally my boyfriend figured it out the spout was leaking around the seal. So he tightened it down and still it wasn't holding water, here on the top of the spout where the handle is there is a small hole which the water comes up out of it and the water runs down the back of the spout and causes the water to drain, so again my boyfriend had to fix it. So far he has fixed the barrel 3 different times. The money I spent on this item was just not worth it. I did try to contact the seller explaining my situation and there was no response. I do not recommend this item at all. The money you think you are saving by buying this item you are further ahead to go to lowes.

Wooden Barrel Fountain Review

(More customer reviews)I had a similar product from another company for several years, and I really enjoyed it. The problem with it was that the quality just wasn't there and each year something had to be soliconed to stop the leakage. Finally, it was time for a new one and I am very pleased with my purchase. By the way, this barrel fountain was about $80.00 less than my previous one and it has about 5x the quality! Each barrel has a low profile plastic liner inside that is obviously well hidden from the outside by the wood, so unlike my previous fountain this one does not leak and it is well made. Moreover it is easy to put together and ready to use in no time. However, I decided to use several coats of Polyurethane (Can buy at any home improvement store for less than $10.00) before my initial use just to add additional protection to the wood from the elements. If you are looking for a wonderful water fountain addition to your flower garden then this is it. Very highly recomended, and I am picky!
